So I'm going to try that and see what happens.Īlso, I'm not aware of the cost of Samsung's plans, which is why I'm asking about them so I can compare for myself. I already found a reference to someone saying they used a galaxy tab signed into their account to add a storage plan and their AT&T Galaxy S9 recognized it and utilizes it. So if they're preventing AT&T customers from seeing the menu for purchasing premium plans it makes sense that their either using the SIM card to identify the carrier or the firmware on the device itself to identify if it's an AT&T model which of course we know can be flashed. You can have multiple carriers per account. It doesn't make any sense that it would be tied to my "Samsung account". What are the two obvious ways to do that? One is to check which carrier's SIM card is inserted, the other is the CSC of the firmware. If Samsung doesn't allow you to purchase a storage plan if you're using AT&T, they need to know what carrier you're using to make the determination whether to provide the option to purchase a premium plan. Press and hold the POWER button until a menu appears select Restart.

The Torrent upload feature in Deepbrid is a powerful premium feature which allows premium users to upload a torrent file and convert it to direct links which you can download torrents safely with download managers like IDM. Why would it be tied to a SIM card? Is it not obvious why someone would think thats a possibility? Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in. Accellion is the first awarded solution for providing business class secure mobile file sharing. Does anyone here know? I'm trying to figure out if I can find someone with a Sprint / T-Mobile SIM and place it in my phone to buy an additional plan or even get a prepaid SIM just to do it. I was informed my Samsung customer service that only Sprint and T-Mobile in the USA are permitted to purchase premium storage plans, but they weren't able to answer whether the option to purchase a plan is tied to the SIM card placed in the phone or the device itself independent of what SIM is inserted. Citing a budget office cost estimate of 553 billion over 10 years, House Republicans say that would work out to 14,200 per person covered, or about twice the annual premium for employee-only.

So I am out of (cloud) space on my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus and since I'm on AT&T I'm unable to purchase a larger storage plan since apparently they have an agreement with Samsung to not allow you to purchase one. Of course use common sense if you're going to attempt to use a store's demo model. It'll show the increase in plan storage right away on your Galaxy S9/ S9+. AT&T has an agreement with Samsung to disallow the purchase of additional Samsung storage (aka: premium storage plan), an easy workaround is to get your hands on a Galaxy Tab and sign into it with your account, purchase the premium plan, and make sure you log out of that tablet if you aren't going to keep it.
